I offer a free 20-minute remote introductory session for new clients attending either in person in Chiswick, Richmond, West London or Online. This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to continue afterwards. If you decide to go ahead, we can arrange your first counselling session. There is no charge for this session.
